Log in to Shipper → Click your profile → Select “Manage subscription”.

Managing your subscription is simple and fully handled through Stripe, our billing partner.
Accessing Your Subscription
- Log in to Shipper.
- Click your profile icon (top-right corner).
- Select Manage subscription.
This will take you to Stripe’s secure customer portal.

What You Can Do in the Stripe Portal
From there, you can:
- View your current plan and renewal date
- Update payment method (credit/debit card)
- See invoices and receipts
- Cancel your subscription at any time
- Change plans (upgrade or downgrade, if available)
