In short: Canceling a paid plan takes your app offline, but you can always export your code or resubscribe later to bring it back.

If you cancel your paid subscription, your app will no longer stay live. Hosting on .shipper.now or on a custom domain requires an active paid plan.

When you cancel, your project and code are not deleted - you can still export your app’s codebase before your subscription ends, so you have a copy to host elsewhere.

What happens after cancellation

• Hosting stops → your app goes offline (both .shipper.now subdomains and custom domains).
• No more edits → you won’t be able to generate or update your project with Shipper’s AI.
• Data remains → your project files and history stay in your dashboard, ready to restore if you subscribe again.
• Export available → you can download the full source code and deploy it yourself.
